Malware keeps coming back after removal

I downloaded something dodgy not long ago, and ever since ive been getting these viruses. Browser hijacked, computer slow. I scanned with Malwarebytes and it removed the viruses, but whenever i restart my PC viruses come back. They are normally from Winsnare, BikaQRss, amulell these programs get reinstalled every time i restart my pc and then my browser some how gets hijacked again. ive used AdwCleaner and Malwarebytes but still no luck.
