Hi,

the day before yesterday I accidentally installed a malware and thought ADWCleaner cleaned everything. Chrome was infected and some new software here and there. But, yesterday morning (the PC was active during the night), a lot changed: Chrome was full of Spam, some folders showed up and Defender (Windows 10) was not able to find any virus. ADWCleaner free and Premium and other software did clean a lot. I killed Chrome and now nearly everything is gone. It always takes some hours, but then there are at least some keys in the registry that show up again. They call the last folder I was able to kill, under C:/Programs (x86)/, called Footper. Could not find it in Google. Here the last result from ADW (Schlüssel gelöscht means key deleted):

***** [ Registrierungsdatenbank ] *****

[-] Schlüssel gelöscht: HKU\S-1-5-21-2169457478-791130983-2837415843-1001\Software\Footper
[#] Schlüssel mit Neustart gelöscht: HKCU\Software\Footper
[-] Schlüssel gelöscht: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Footper
[#] Schlüssel mit Neustart gelöscht: [x64] HKCU\Software\Footper
[-] Schlüssel gelöscht: HKCU\SOFTWARE\Clients\StartMenuInternet\ChromeHTML

I deleted the keys already, but after a while they come back. I will see, maybe tomorrow this stays to be everything left or maybe the folder shows up again or worse... There is nothing interesting in autostart or under task scheduling. How does this always show up again?

Greetings. Drongo
