I keep getting this message when I try to open Mozilla or Internet Explorer.

Not sure what to do, Malwarebytes will not let either program open.

You're running a pretty old version of MB3, I would recommend first upgrading to the latest version. It's probably best to start with mb-clean from the following thread to fully remove the installed version, and then install the latest version
