Malwarebytes premius cause fps drops and cpu running 100%

I've installed malwarebyte premium 2 days ago, and by the help of MWBP i scanned treats, and i quarantined them all, and remove all the quarantined treats.

However after that my fps drops, cpu was easily running 100% when openning games or chromes.

I've tried all ways to boosting my fps up buy following some tutorial from other forums such as

disable services,

task manager checkup,

start up program,

downloading the update graphic card,

power options,

and many more.

 

But it doesnt working, the fps still drops while playing games ( league of legends by the way ),

My current fps dropped from 150 to 10. Stucked at 10 fps. And my cpu running 100%.

Im using windows 7 64-bit allienware.
