Web Protection causes DNS resolve incorrect sites

Hi.

Visited a site on Firefox and Web Protection blocked an IP address (52.73.226.131) from GlanceCDN. Added the IP in Exclusions, visited the site again, sometimes it redirected me to https://sightplan.glancecdn.net/. Sometimes I got 404 error.

I swear the site doesn't irrelevant anything to GlanceCDN. It doesn't use any services from GlanceCDN.
