When I renewed my license for Anti-Malware 2 it was offered to replace it by MB3 without addional fee. I did it, but I also have to say that I regretted it and reverted to version 2 because of several bugs in version 3. Malwarebytes still tries to solve these issues, but if you read all here posted reports about still existing issues you should reflect very carefully, if you want to become a beta tester for version 3.
