Possible infection causes computer crash

Recommended Posts

A few weeks ago I got a message in google chrome saying that I had possibly been infected with a virus. I called the number that appeared on screen, but they wanted to link up with my computer. I installed Malwarebytes but it didn't find anything. However, my computer keeps crashing. I have run the scans and hope to have this issue resolved.
