Issues with guarantine

Hopefully I've posted this in the correct area, if I haven't forgive me. 

 

I have the free trail of Malwarebytes 3.0.6 and I did the first scan, then I clicked the option to quarantine the threats. It's been a little over an hour now and the circle is still spinning but it still says 0 of 105 threats quarantined.

Is there something not working or do I just need to be patience and let this work for however long it takes?

While you are waiting for a response, try rebooting and try the scan again.
