Can't Activate - Installation_token not found

I purchased Malwarebytes 3.0 Premium about 2 days ago and have not been able to activate since. I sent a message to support over 48 hours ago and still have not received a reply. When I try to activate Malwarebytes with my premium key it gives me the error: "MBAM404101 installation_token Not Found. There is a problem with your license key and we are unable to activate your license. Please check your license details and try entering your key again." I have checked my key multiple times, (copying and pasting it from email), and have tried uninstalling Malwarebytes and reinstalling, running mb-clean, all haven't changed the error message.
Any idea what is happening here?

Unfortunately, the only way of resolving license activation issues with the Malwarebytes 3.0 product is through a Malwarebytes Customer Support representative.  Please contact them through https://support.malwarebytes.com/customer/portal/emails/new?b_id=6400&utm_source=forum.

Please, only include all of your licensing details there.  Thank you.
