Some Punk Portscanning Me via Skype?

Hey Guys,

For the past few days, I've been getting MWB alerts about some guy doing what appears to be port scans that are related to Skype on my machine.  No one else on my home network is getting pinged.  And, this stuff is following me from computer to computer where ever I take my Skype account.  Eventually, I had to get a new account just to stop it.  I reported him and then he came back with a server in Columbia.

Any ideas what he's up to or looking for?

My internet company (cable) said he's just port scanning at random...

Skype is a P2P application, so that kind of thing can happen. You can exclude the process in Malwarebytes 3.0 so it won't send notifications anymore.
