Adware click mobiworld captures chrome on samsung cell

Re: your SW not finding and stopping "click. Mobiworld" that captured my android cell on Chrome. As soon as i get chrome up, it shows up. Back arrow just gives me different versions of junk, like update your samsung, you have virus click here to fix (all of whick i ignore). Erase history. If fast can get chrome to get to web for what i want, but ad comes back, grays out all but their "upgrade now" screen. Even in safe mode. Ran malwarebytes and avg, both say all is well. Help.

Assuming you have cleared ALL of the History "from the beginning of time" as they say in Chrome. Have you perhaps accidentally put (or has something put for you without your knowledge) a bookmark somewhere?  Have you tried removing and re-installing Chrome?  Chrome can be a real pain in the can about assuming it knows where you want to go at startup.  Something silly like "home page" seems difficult to find at times.  Never was a big fan of software that wanted to do my thinking for me without my approval.
