Real Time Protection

As a premium member I have had nothing but problems with the new 3.0 download. Every thing I have tried has not worked or at least in the long term. I have followed all instructions and have deleted, reinstalled, deleted reinstalled on several occasions, put in my license key and nothing works in the long term. It may work for one or two days but then I get the error pop-up that says my Real Time Protection is off and will NOT turn on. I have sent numerous emails to tech support as well as trying chat but this was a waste of time as no one will help. Is there no way of tech support taking control of my laptop and fixing this? How about going back to my original program that did work? Very frustrating!!

Since you have opened a ticket with Malwarebytes' Tech Support, any actions suggested here would be at odds with your support representative's plan of action.

If you would like to reply with only your ticket number, Malwarebytes management monitors this forum closely and could check on progress thus far.
