Malwarebytes probably won't start blocking all the websites that uses CloudFlare as it would block just way too many websites. Also, websites affected by a vulnerability that leaks data doesn't warrant a block as these websites aren't compromised in a way that they can infect users.

Due to the method of this attack, it is not all "your" data. It is what is in the page at the time. If you were submitting data on a form and it happened then yes that information could be disclosed. Otherwise not really that much to worry about.
