Real-time web protection will not start

I cannot get Web real-time protection to start.  I've tried the steps in topic 195576 without success.  I've installed version 3.0.6.1469 which has not resolved this problem.  I've installed component version 1.0.69 but the problem is still present.

My OS is Windows 7 Professional 64-bytes

Is this what being a beta-tester is all about?

Since version 3.0.6 seems to still be a beta version, can I download the last stable version and run that until version 3.0.6 becomes stable?  What is the last stable version?  Is this stable version available for download?

1.)  Before you consider falling back to MBAM v 2.2.1.1043, please give consideration to letting the devs/staffers see why MB3 isn't working on your W7 system as it should.

Please follow these steps: as a checklist to give devs/staffers a starting point for the help you require.  You may reply to your own topic with the attached zipped archive and the three (3) separate data files in text form.
