mrmickguitar Posted February 22, 2017 ID:1103694 Share Posted February 22, 2017 Having, I thought, finally sorted out my Malwarebytes Premium account another surprise this morning. I clicked on my Malwarebytes icon and found it had reverted to the free version. Why? The'activate your licence box needs the key put in along with the ID details but the problem with entering the key by using the computer keyboard is that the activate button remains greyed out. I discovered that the way to put things right is to find the original purchase details and copy and paste the key from there. Then the Premium lifetime licence comes to life. Malwarebytes used to be reliable but now isn't. I wonder what has happened. Just complaining, Mick Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Today I had to reenter my License and now I'm on Here because I'm "Not Fully Protected". My web protection is off and will not start. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
