Avast says infection detected but not detected by malware bytes

I was scrolling through youtube and avast notified me of an infection so I ran a full system scan and apparently had 29 infections. Then I ran malwarebytes and no infections were detected. I've read through other forums and it would most likely by a false positive or something but I just want to make sure. I've attached 2 photos of avast and malwarebytes.

Those definitely look like false positives. In fact, I found the following on Avast's forums:

So, looks like this is a known issue, and has been fixed by now... but imagine the damage if you had allowed Avast to remove those "infections!"

I hesitate to speak ill of a competitor, since that could seem self-serving, but you need to be aware that Avast has had serious problems with false positives for years. For example:
