My dad which came from from vietnam is not tech savvy.

He questions software like Avast and malwarebytes,and without me he would be using windows defenders.Without saying i love my dad as a person but when he says that my software or even touching his computer caused his files to be deleted was a bit to absurd.Awhile ago avast file detection detected malware in his computer and I keep beeping like crazy.I knew that touching his computer and something that goes wrong( something out of my control) he would blame it all on me.He turns his computer off and I started to check his startup programs when I was all done with that he notice that his files gone and that was where the blaming started.(how can startup delete files?!?!)
