I can't boot my computer.

F*** i made topic in wrong section i'm very sorry. 

At the beginning i want to sorry for my English.  Today i was bored and i wanted to overclock my CPU using OCTweaker. And unfortunately after restart my system doesnt boot. For the first time i was getting the same errors, diagnostics. Next i reseted my BIOS and i used System Restore from yesterday. And it helped a little because system was booting to the next step - i was able to write my password for Windows account  but nothing more infinity loop. I tried to reset bios again and i have this problem :

System needs repair, can't boot system because no driver or have problems etc

I cant do anything please help. I dont want installl win10 again :/

ASRock Gaming K4

Intel i5 6600k

Corsair rm650x
