Real Protection

I have tried every method suggested. I even installed the new beta version. Nothing makes a difference. Randomly with no consistancy one or more of the real protection modules shuts off.This is has been a problem with version 3 from the very beginning and others all seem to be having the same problem.. Maybe they should have waited to release this major update until after they solved this problem. Having protection layers shut off repeatedly is NOT a minor issue. And to repeat I have tried all suggested methods and none of them made any difference.  Thank you
