I have MBAM for Business and I keep getting "Signature Database Outdated" emails.  The emails say Malware signature database is outdated by 10 day(s).  I can manually update the signatures but I shouldn't have to.  Why won't they update automatically?  Is it a firewall rule or something?

Possibly related is the fact that I get an message stating that Malwarebytes Management Console is unable to contact server to verify license key.  It still lets me login though.

I had a look at this topic: 

 

I don't have anything blocking outbound or any content filters as you mentioned. I added https://keystone.mwbsys.com to IE's trusted sites anyway.  It was either that addition or a restart of the service that fixed it.  Now I can login without the error message and my signatures update ok.  I set it up to restart the service late every night so I'm hoping I don't have this issue anymore.
