Trojan.sms.agent in new Insignia 8

I had a Insignia 8 tablet and malwa rebates discovered trojan.sms.agent in my system/devicetools. Malwarebytes could not remove it. I cleared cache and reset table 3 times and trojan is still there. I did not restore any apps other than malwarebytes. Since the tablet was only $59 at best buy I purchase a new one. Loaded only malwarebytes and the same trojan shows in the same system file. The trojan dies not show on other antivirus software, only malwarebytes.
