File dection comes back

If it's a real hijacker, Malwarebytes fails to remove it every single time. 

No matter how many times I scan, remove, reboot and repeat Adwcleaner always finds the same two issues.

Please post back the scan log from Malwarebytes as well as the following logs and we'll assist you in taking care of this issue.
