Malwarebytes keeps blocking IPs from svchost.exe

Hi all, I've just installed Malwarebytes antivirus. I have run a scan (with rootkit detection enabled), it found something:

Spyware.Pony, C:\USERS\GIANL\APPDATA\ROAMING\D82448\89CFD1.EXE, In quarantena, [89], [347222],1.0.1289
PUP.Optional.Amonetize, C:\USERS\GIANL\APPDATA\LOCAL\TEMP\GPUMONITOR__2348_IL159238.EXE, In quarantena, [13], [19043],1.0.1289
PUP.Optional.Amonetize, C:\USERS\GIANL\APPDATA\LOCAL\TEMP\AMIPIXEL.CFG, In quarantena, [13], [302488],1.0.1289

I then proceeded to quarantine.

Now I'm noticing a popup that comes up constantly saying  that a website is being blocked:

It's always the same. Running other scans finds nothing. How should I proceed?
