Malwarebytes may or may not support wildcard characters. If it does, this may work for you:

C:\Users\User ID\AppData\Local\Temp\?.tmp\bin\rubyw.exe

Or the short version:

%TEMP%\?.tmp\bin\rubyw.exe

Alternatively, contact PIA again and ask them how to run "rubyw.exe" from a predetermined folder and exempt the folder from Malwarebytes scanning......
