Reactivate Licence Problem

I have a Lifetime licence for Malwarebytes Premium and run the program on Windows 10 together with Avast Premium.  Malwarebytes has now been uninstalled as it kept failing.  I have downloaded a new version but cannot find a way to reactivate the licence.  I know the licence ID and Key are correct but I simply cannot find a way to start the thing working.  Malwarebytes used to be so reliable but now seems to be much more complicated and unreliable.  Any help would be gratefully received.  Thanks, Mick

Activation issues can only be dealt with via the Help Desk, so you'll have to drop them an email requesting assistance.

Thank you Aura.  I finally found out that if I looked back at the original order I was able to copy the key there and paste it into the activate licence box. It made the activate button come to life and all seems well at present.  Fingers crossed and thanks again for your reply.  Mick
