I sent in an email for this problem, tried their suggestion all to no avail. Ended up uninstalling/installing and still having problems. This software is pretty much useless anymore. My original problem I wrote about was...

Each morning I'm prompted that I'm not "fully protected, that Real Time Protection is OFF. Under Web Protection I try to turn it on and nothing changes, I still see the red triangle in the blue icon in the system tray telling me to turn on Real "time Protection layers". I tried turning it off and then on, rebooting-no change.

Now, under Settings today it shows Real Time Protection- OFF. Turn it on and it goes to "Starting...". Also, Malware Protection was shown OFF-turned that on and it went into Starting. Checked back later and still off. What's the deal with all this?

I don't know how that first attachment got in there-unrelated but couldn't delete it.

The logs indicate that some of our files are missing from the installation and it is crashing. It also shows some other errors, one being a driver that appears to be for your Avast antivirus.

Let me send you a private message and have you run a clean removal tool, then a reinstall and see if that corrects our program issues or not. Then if wanted or indicated we can possibly look at your other errors.
