Forget the Source Forge ads please, those, well, i did not get any malware from those? but. does the .exe program infect my computer? thank you in advance. :]

The program is open-source, so if it was malicious, it would have been called out a long time ago. The website also looks decent, have a good rank on Google and is well rated on Web of Trust, so I don't see why the program would be malicious.
