Nothing detected on Malware or Awbcleaner but....

I checked with Eset, Malwarebytes, awdcleaner or Malware Rootkit and found nothing but using the Microsoft Antimalware removal says it finds 31 files but when it ends displays a message that it is clear... also found a strange program that I disabled at Startup.
