This started happening to me about 2 or 3 weeks ago. None of the available suggestions have worked for me and Malwarebytes support seems to be groping in the dark. I like Malwarebytes and have been using it for a few years; but, with this nagging error, I don't have any confidence that I'm being protected. My subscription is good for 55 more days. I wonder if I get my money back for all the time that I don't seem to be protected. I want to keep using Malwarebytes; but, I can't trust it for now. Is there another, equivalent malware protection program that can be used until Malwarebytes solves this problem (if ever)? Thanks.

I have this pop up error message as well.  In my Dashboard, the Web protection is Off.  I did get it to go on, but a couple days later, it went back off.  (I don't like this!)  I'm hoping an update will fix this issue.

I'm on Windows 10 Home Inside Preview, Build 14986 and using Malwarebytes 3.0.6.1469.

  • 2 weeks later...

My Malware is FOREVER turned OFF.

What the heck is going on?  I paid for this program, and FAR TOO MUCH at that, and the dawggone thing is always turned off.  I click to turn it ON, and scan to see if there are any problems, and click on it to get it off my screen so I can use my computer, and the next thing I know, I get another FLASHING message saying my malware is turned OFF.

What is going on?  For all the trouble I'm having with this program, I think I should get another program to put on my Kindle Fire.  Why do you charge so much?  And why can't I get separate Malware programs for the other computers and Kindle Fires my husband and I have in our house.
