MalwareBytes blocked outbound connections from IP Address: 96.44.144.181

I am seeing this error report from Malwarebytes. Uninstalled chrome, scanned with Malwarebytes, CCleaner but it is happening again.  Looked up the ip address: http://96.44.144.181.ipaddress.com/   It belongs to QuadraNet
