Rootkit scan disabled on scheduled scans

I have a similar problem. When I run a scheduled scan "rootkits" is disabled. The final scan report shows 370K items scanned and no problems. When I ran a scan just now the report shows "rootkits" enabled and no threats but only 70K items scanned in seven minutes. This seems suspicious.

It sounds like you are running a threat scan when you click the scan button and your scheduled scan may be a full scan. Can you run mb-check from the following link and provide the mb-checkResult.txt file that is placed on your desktop?
