Malwarebytes Premium 3.0 Taking a Long Time to Scan with Rootkits Enabled

I just purchased a second license for Malwarebytes Premium 3.0 so I have it on both of my computers. But I'm having a problem with the new computer when scanning with Rootkits enabled. I was running a scan today for about 8 hours and it just wouldn't finish. The screenshot tells the story better than my writing. Does anyone have any suggestions?
