Web Protection not working

I am using version 3.0.6 .1469 and am still having the same problem with web protection not turning on. When I emailed tech support they told me to clean uninstall and reinstall. It worked for a few days then right back to the same issue.

A clean uninstall and reinstall is all that really works.  Until this is finally fixed it's my only option unfortunately.
