Protection settings show "Scan for rootkits" enabled but scheduled scans (I run one nightly) shows the rootkit scan disabled. Manually triggered scans do run the rootkit scan (no problems found). The scheduled scans complete in about 10 minutes. Manually triggered scans run substantially longer. Note that I recently had a problem with 3.0 - web protection wouldn't start - but a reinstall fixed that. Thanks for any and all help.

Below is last night's scan report.

Hi phil2pa :)

The "Scan for Rootkit" option needs to be enabled in the "Custom Scan" settings in order for it to be applied during these scans. I'm not home at the moment, so I cannot provide you screenshots of where you need to go, but it should be under "Settings" and "Protection" or "Scan".
