svchost.exe trying to contact malicious website after laptop format

Greetings,

Yesterday, malwarebytes had showed me, that svchost.exe is trying to contact a lot of malicious websites, and that is has successfully stopped it. Today, I formatted my laptop, and re-installed malwarebytes. Just right now, I got a new report from MBAM that, my svc is trying again to contact one of the IPs from yesterday.

I really don't know what else to do.
