I bought the new Malware-bytes and 3.0 worked fine. Then came 3.0.5 issues with the custom being able to click on c drive to scan. Called tec support in which is not though Malwares but though a third party ,They said malware-bytes does not have support anymore. He tried to sell me a support help to get it to work. I declined and went with one I have bought already. They tried and said that they are a where of the on going issues with 3.0.5 so they put on the next update 3.0.6 same issues. So they said to wait for the next update. So every time Malware says there is an update it says 3.0.6  . So until 3.0.7 comes out. Mean while I paid for a product that is not doing what I paid for. I also sent Malware an email two weeks ago and no reply as yet.

Well it has been over a week and do not know the company or the phone number. All I do know is that I put in google malware byte support and it said tec support for malware-byte. So if I need to say what I said in my question on why that 3.0.5 and 3.0.6 still has an issue I will. Thank you for your reply back.

So what has been happening is that in 3.0.5 and 3.0.6 can not click on the c drive to scan. meaning that when I use the custom I can not put an x in the proper box to scan my C dive. This has been an on going issue. I have geek squad and they told me that they are as well informed that 3.0.5 and 3.0.6 have the same issue. I also did get in touch with a email that they are trying to take care of this issues and 3.0.5 and 3.0.6 does not fix the issue. So if you can get back to be and explain just what you need from me. I am using for now3.0 and this works fine. So I am sending you screen shots of the 3.0 and the screen shot of the custom just to show you that this is what I am talking about .

Does the program not automatically apply fixes? I see people using 3.06

Your best bet is to turn off self protection and uninstall. Then install the current version manually.

If you have any issues after the 3.0.6 install follow the below instructions.
