Cannot install mbam-setup.exe and HJTInstall.exe

I can't install mbam-setup.exe and HJTInstall.exe. There's nothing showing up when I try to run both of them.

Here's the problem:

Everytime I run an app, I have the following error: "The application or DLL globalroot\systemroot\system32\UAClygdyevmjdulamdmk.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette".

Also, my IE and my firefox are messed up when I click on a link. It redirects me somewhere else.

Any clue?

I forgot to say that I've done that :

to delete the UAC[...].sys in the "windows/system32/drivers" folder.

but I still cannot install MBAM.
