Hi.

I've been using my licensed copy of Malwarebytes for years and just recently it seems to crash when I try to do a Database Update. I would not have noticed but I wanted to do a manual scan (as opposed to my normally scheduled nightly scan) and it iis failing. If I look back at the logs, they seem to stop about 2 weeks ago.

Thoughts?

Hello and Welcome!

If you want to stay on version 2 like in your screen shot, you can try the steps in MBAM Clean Removal Process 2.x which most likely would correct your issue.

If you want to update to the latest version, first uninstall version 2 using the same steps above but when you reinstall download version 3.0.6 form the main site and enter you account info to register it.
