i'm currently using Kaspersky (KIS 2017) and Mbam 2.0.

i tried installing mbam 3.0 one month ago but it gave me conflicts with kaspersky : on control panel it was saying that both were active, so i rolled back.

any news at this time?

2nd question) when will support at mbam 2.0 definitively cease?

3) is mbam 3.0 heavier or is fine running background during gaming?

Hi cicciopasticcciobabba :) (not even sure I spelled your name right)

There should be no issue running Kaspersky Internet Security 2017 and Malwarebytes 3.0.6 together. There were compatibility issues in the first 3.0 releases, but they have been fixed since then.

You can find the EOL policy below.

https://www.malwarebytes.com/support/lifecycle/

Basically, Malwarebytes 2.2.1 (the latest 2.x version) support will end on June 8th of this year.

And Malwarebytes 3.0 is a bit heavier than 2.2.1, since it includes more protection modules, though I personally don't think it consumes that much resources, and they're working on improving the program performance with every release.

Same for me using Norton Security, under control panel it lists both MBAM 3.06 & Norton as active, I turned off the let MBAM decide the best settings but it appeared to still list MBAM as an active anti virus under control panel. I don't have any problems other than those already listed concerning active protection turning off & profile corruption.
