I purchased 2 years of Malwarebytes premium service in November.  Recently, I kept getting notifications that there was an update available.  I put it off, and then finally got tired of the notices so I clicked on the update.  After that, my premium service was removed and replaced with the free service, but even that won't open.  It says, cannot connect to service.  I've emailed Support numerous times in the last 2 weeks and have not had a reply, other than the acknowledgement that they received my email.  How can I get my premium service back?

Hi @Pupmom, do you happen to have F-Secure installed as well? If so, please take a look at the fix outlined here: https://support.malwarebytes.com/customer/portal/articles/2729799-f-secure-internet-security-and-malwarebytes-3-0-6-conflict

If you don't have F-Secure, can you please provide the logs requested here: 

I also moved your post to the MBAM 3.0 section so we can keep track of it easier
