Settings: Web protection "on" will not engage

I’m a new Malware Premium 3.0.6 user. My HP laptop OS is Windows 7 SP1. Also, Norton 360 Premier is installed and running.

On boot-up, I get a Malware warning message regarding settings. Malware Premium SETTINGS> PROTECTION says WEB PROTECTION is “OFF” and WEB PROTECTION “ON” will not engage.

So…I’m assuming there is some sort of conflict between Norton and Malware. Is it possible to run both Norton 360 and Malware Premium at “full strength”? What are my options to correct?
