This is Antiphising domain advisor toolbar from Visicom that uses Panda detection engine

PUP = Possible Unwanted Program   https://www.malwarebytes.com/pup/

If you upload those file(s) and check them at  www.virustotal.com  i think you will find out that a number of security vendors detect them

At first glance, these do not appear to be false positives. However, just to make sure, can you zip the files and attach them here for review?
