jijck and mbam wont run

i have deleted the .sys file but it keeps coming back. im using rootrepeal and i stll cant get mbam to run or hijck

Can any one help me just tell me what ya need and i will gladly give it to the problem im having now i have no intternt access witht the computer that is causing all the problems. thank you to all that will help
