After the update, I had problems with the real-time protection that I was deactivating. It happens sometimes ... Today I realized that the program is not updating virus definitions. Can not update the database ... I ask to verify and to help me solve all these problems. I have already made the application "clean" retanning and the problems persist ... Regarding real-time protection, it occurs randomly. Sometimes I activate and it works, in others it disables at the same moment.

For the update issue, can you please follow the instructions below?

1. Go to Settings -> Application
2. Turn on Event Log Data (see screenshot below)
   
3. Now go to the Dashboard and check for updates
4. Wait 1-2 minutes
5. Go to C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService
6. Right click the logs folder and choose Send To -> Compressed (Zipped) folder
7. This will create a zip file on your desktop, please upload that zip file
