PROTECTION LAYER PROBLEM - EVEN AFTER FIX

Even after I applied Celee's two recommended fixes, I continue to get pop-ups that says Real Time Protection Layers Turned Off. Self protection mode is turned off, and I have reinstalled more times than I want to count. The fixes last for a day or so, and then the problem reappears.

 

Is there any other possibilities that need to be checked so I can resume normal operations?

Actually, Aura, I've read enough about several users having the same problem as I do, that I've just reverted to your older version 2.2.1 until you have this resolved.

Thank you for this reply, but I'd rather hear that the company has resolved the issue. I'll be on the sidelines waiting.
