Extremely annoying omission of warnings in 3.06

I spent a good three hours yesterday trying to figure out why a client website wasn't doing what it was supposed to.  After a reboot, I revisted the site and up popped a Malwarebytes alert saying something about VB scripting. It only popped up once, despite repeated visits to the site. Alerts need to be shown every time something is blocked. Everything is working now (temporarily turned off exploit protection) but I could have saved three hours if those alerts were shown properly.
