MB systray Updates: Out of date

W7 ultimate SP1. MB v3.0.6 reports on the taskbar notification area that the database is out of date, however when you open MB the dashboard states that "Awesome! You're protected" and shows that updates are current. Restarting the PC clears the taskbar notification notice sometimes, but it soon returns within the hour. I have uninstalled MB completely, ran CCleaner, rebooted, reinstalled MB but the issue continues intermittently.

I contacted MB support 3 days ago and have still not received a response or reply.
