I was under the impression that version 3 was still Free so installed it. It now reads Malwarebytes Premium Trial - 14 days. This is not what I expected, I wanted a current version of the FREE program. Was I mislead in the download ? What happens to my Malwarebytes when the 14 days are finished ? If I deny a start activation, then on clicking my desktop icon Malwarebytes does not activate and I cannot use it. With my previous version, it was permanently on manual and worked fine. From there, you should have the option to deactivate the current Premium Trial. Once done, your Malwarebytes 3.0 will revert to the Free mode. The 14 days trial is enabled automatically on install.
