Too many notifications; can't turn off

Since upgrading to MBAM 3.x, I've noticed two major differences with notifications:

First, I started getting notifications telling me that a scan found nothing. I run a hyper scan every hour and I don't need to see this popup. How can I turn off this specific popup?

Second, there is no option to turn off notifications. The closest thing seems to be under Settings > Application > Notifications, but turning that on or off makes no difference. How can I turn off notifications completely?

Finally, I've had this problem since 2.x, How can I turn off web protection notifications specifically? Whenever I run a torrent client, I am bombarded with blocked IP notifications.

Every hour ? That is not very smart unless you only go to very bad sites.

2. It still doesn't solve the underlying problem. I also run daily and weekly scans.
