Accidentally double click .scr file

I accidentally double-clicked an .scr file, and I'm worried about what it might have done to my PC.  Avast gave an error message when it tried to open, but I don't remember what it said.  Malwarbytes and Avast scans turned up nothing.  Was hoping someone could help me double check if there's anything I need to be worried about.  Thanks in advance!  Here are my Farbar logs:Addition.txt FRST.txt
